As a recruitment specialist at Jarvis, I understand these challenges firsthand. That’s why I am dedicated to identifying exceptional talent and providing them with valuable opportunities to join our training program, which plays an important role in securing their first job.

The Necessity of Bridging Classroom Learning and Practical Projects

Throughout the years, we have recognized the importance of bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world projects. Our training program is carefully designed to last anywhere from 2-4 months and is specifically created for recent graduates in STEM fields. We take a combined approach that focuses on developing both technical and important soft skills. By creating a realistic work environment, we give trainees the chance to gain hands-on experience by working on projects that solve actual business problems. This helps them apply what they’ve learned in theory and improve their skills through practical exposure.
