The events are dedicated to elevating voices, inspiring leadership, and highlighting the achievements of women in technology, building a community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and succeed.
Aligned with our mission to empower and innovate, our Tech Talk event series explores the latest industry trends, empowering individuals with the knowledge needed to drive progress and spark innovation. By providing a platform for thought leaders to share expertise and inspire discussions, our Tech Talks are designed to foster learning, fuel innovation, and keep our community at the forefront of technological advancements, creating a space where ideas flourish and the future is shaped.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) are the principles that sparked the creation of Jarvis and continue to guide everything we do. From recruiting underrepresented groups to our comprehensive DEI training, regular cultural awareness efforts, and data-driven evaluations - we make sure to always move forward. We support an inclusive culture with Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) like 2SLGBTQ+ and Jarvis Women. Additionally, we champion gender inclusivity through community events like the “Women in Technology Leadership Series” and partnerships with organizations such as Women in Engineering at Toronto Metropolitan University.
Giving back to the community is a core value at Jarvis. We proudly partner with organizations like Education Bank, The Good Shepherd Shelter and Food Bank, Canadian Blood Services, Holland Bloorview Children’s Rehabilitation Hospital, and Rainbow Railroad through volunteering and fundraising.
