Edward Wang

Edward Wang co-founded Jarvis Consulting Group in 2019 after working as a Software Developer for several national organizations, including TD, RBC, and FINRA, where he specialized in Software Development with Big Data Technologies and Cloud Computing.

As a natural problem-solver, Edward enjoys working with clients to identify their core needs and deliver solutions that work. He leads the design and execution of Jarvis' training and placement (Talent Incubation) program, overseeing all aspects of the pipeline from sourcing talent to managing the curriculum to training and preparing consultants for their upcoming roles. He’s focused on continually evolving the platform to ensure that both clients and candidates have the best results possible.

Edward was drawn to start Jarvis because he wanted to create an opportunity for new technology grads to get their feet in the door and excel in their placements while minimizing hiring risks for clients and increasing their retention. His passion for mentorship and advocacy are at the heart of his training program's success, and he is continuously inspired by the growth and development of his trainees, and the contributions they go on to make in their careers.
