Our Impact
Giving back to local communities is one of the defining characteristics of Jarvis. As such, we donate a portion of our time to community outreach, volunteer work, and different charitable initiatives. We have ongoing charitable partnerships with local not-for-profit organizations, including Skills for Change, ACCES Employment, and the Neighbourhood Group. We actively champion four local charities and are always looking for more ways to engage with our community. We help by:

2023 Impact
This year we are proud to have made an impact across different communities including supporting new causes like Rainbow Railroad and the Holland Bloorview Dear Everybody Campaign as well as by recommitting to past causes close to our heart such as the Capes for Kids fundraiser. We are proud to continue identifying community causes that help further our goal of equalizing opportunity for all.
2022 Impact
2022 was a year of paying it forward for Jarvis. Our Jarvis Pay It Forward campaign entailed random acts of kindness committed by different Jarvis team members every week while simultaneously fundraising for a cause. The impact reached everything from helping out elderly neighbors to volunteering at food banks. This initiative showed us how small acts make a big impact in the community and helped us raise over $2,500.
2021 Impact
We are happy to reflect back on 2021 as a year of great impact for Jarvis. One of our notable causes was the ongoing support we provided to an organization supporting newcomers and diverse groups in Canada to find meaningful work. This support included 1-1 speed mentorship & workshops for these individuals to help them on their career journeys. Using our team's unique talents in the recruitment space allowed us to make a difference for these individuals.
