Hamza Ramzi

An innovator and entrepreneur at heart, Hamza Ramzi is the heartbeat of Jarvis' strategic roadmap and operations. As Vice President of Strategy and Operations, he guides the company's business transformation, policies and processes, devising strategies for partnerships, engagement and stakeholder management. He leads the team's Marketing and People Operations departments, steering process implementation and governance, ensuring that all decisions uphold Jarvis' core beliefs, missions, and values.

Prior to Jarvis, Hamza studied at the University of Waterloo where he created his own tech startup, Troventi, and reimagined the contingent workforce program as a Vendor Manager for RBC. From there, he went on to obtain his Master of Management Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Queens University where he built a comprehensive educational program for Schoolhouse Montessori, of which he is Owner and Operator.

Outside of work, Hamza is an avid traveller and lifelong learner. He enjoys RC flying, boating, building model cars, and playing tennis. He is passionate about giving back to local organizations and charities, and serves as a mentor for his team and community, providing guidance and career support whenever possible.
