PHONE SCREENING & TECHNICAL INTERVIEW
Following a successful application, we will schedule an interview with you to assess your strengths and areas of interest. We will ask questions related to:

WORKPLACE SIMULATION
Our workplace simulation is designed to mirror real-world projects where you'll gain valuable experiences that are applicable in a real workplace. We follow industry standards and not only teach the most modern languages and tools in the industry, but are constantly seeking out feedback and evaluating our curriculum to ensure that our consultants get the best results possible. Training is tailored with help from our clients (understanding their tech stack and organizational structures) to prepare you for seamless integration into your apprenticeship and the workplace.

PAID APPRENTICESHIP
Gain on-the-job experience working with a high-profile company. You'll work directly with our client and operate as a member of their organization, while being managed directly by their team. We offer 360 feedback and ongoing career support along the way to ensure that the match is successful and mutually beneficial.

ACHIEVE YOUR NEXT CAREER GOAL
After completing your apprenticeship, you will have gained the skills necessary to move forward with your career goals. Many of our consultants transition to full-time roles with the companies they complete their placements with.
